DESCRIPTION:"We Are The Sermon" project is a way for us as a congregation t
 o practice what we preach and be servants to those in our community. \nWe
  are partnering with the Ronald McDonald House to build care kits for fami
 lies in need. The Ronald McDonald House partners with children’s hospita
 ls to help out families with housing\, food\, and supplies during treatmen
 ts. For more information on them\, here is their website:  Ronald McDonal
 d House KC.\nOn June 7th\, we will meet at our normal time for class. Then
  at 10:45am we will have a worship/singing service and partake of communio
 n. We will then dismiss to work on building the care kits. We will be asse
 mbling two types of kits\; child activity kits and newborn care kits.\nAs 
 we assemble care kits for families at the Ronald McDonald House\, we’re 
 reminded that sharing Christ’s love is often found in simple acts of kin
 dness\, compassion\, and service. May these small gifts bring comfort\, ho
 pe\, and a reminder that they are seen\, loved\, and prayed for during dif
 ficult times.
